Between 1994 and 1998 Mass Vinyl Recordings released more than 10 underground sure shots that were defining for the "indie" hip-hop scene of the mid 90s. Back 2 Da Source Records presents an unreleased project from DJ Shok and Hi Tech.This project contains 12 tracks. 6 unreleased tracks featuring Hi Tech, Parallax, PFK, and an obscure group called Rated Raw. The 3 first tracks have been mixed at the D&D Studio by Eddie Sancho. Some instrumentals and acapellas are on the b-side.
The EP is limited to 300 copies pressed. The picture sleeve artwork comes from Vyda 7fa7.
