Smoke On: SOR-1000-5 ft. Nine

Punchlines like "six million ways to die but only one to live" or "we all gonna die but I'm gonna die fly" and a saxophone sample that simply killed it made "Make Or Take" a hip-hop classic. With his unique voice Nine released until today 7 albums (min. 2 classics) and a long list of singles.

His last album comes via the European (German?) label Smoke On Records entitled "1999" and it sounds unexpectedly fresh. The LP delivers 13 tracks and features guests like Lil Dap (Group Home), Sadat X (Brand Nubian), Rock (Heltah Skeltah) or Shabaaz The Disciples (Sunz Of Man).

The album is almost entirely produced by Kunfu who is pretty new to me. No matter if its an new album it delivers sample based beats and fresh cuts. This is a limited edition of 500 copies, released in Feb. 2016.
