Chopped Herring: CHJFUNK01 ft. Jay Funk

"The Baltimore Archives 1993-1996 project includes unreleased and unleaked joints from the FunkieAve Productions' vault, all produced by Baltimore Hip Hop producer and MC Jay Funk.

Famed for his production of local artists such as Mr.Rukkuz, K-Mack, L-Fly, Infinite Description,
S.C.U, Labtekwon, Amp Boogie, NormSkola, Pat Leach as well as his own group Da Ghetto Connect, Jay was the go-to producer for that 90's, raw Hip Hop sound!

Recording at the family owned,TicToc Studios in Baltimore, Jay made the most out of limited resources by using two ADAT players simultaneously to create 16 audio tracks as well as sampling on his trusty Eps16." [source]
