In July Dope Folks Records collaborates again with X-Ray and his musical partners. Catalogue #56 features the Monsta Island Czars. The most famous members of this foundation are possibly Percy Carey aka M.F. Grimm, Megalon, Kwite Def, Junclassic and X-Ray aka King Cesar himself.

"The Come Up" EP features 7 tracks in total and features various tracks from members of the M.I.C.'s.
