Sergent: SR-000012 ft. Finsta & SR-00056 (updated)

Remember the time when everybody was talking "Bushwick". Back then every fan of Finsta hoped for a re-release of the rares grooves. Now Sergent Records in collaboration with Finsta himself makes things happen.

Finsta Bundy, the duo who stands for 90s hip-hop, is proud to celebrate the 20th Birthday of the underground classic "Finsta Baby" 12inch by re-releasing their sought after record. The record features also the unreleased track "Activate" produced by Evil Dee.

Back in 1992 the Finsta Baby 12" introduced Finsta to the hip-hop scene. Before that he, Evil Dee and 5Ft. were in the beginning to found the world famous Black Moon. Needless to say that they introduced Buckshot as an MCee later on. A full Finsta bio is available at http://finstabundy.com.

A1: Finsta Baby (Vocal)
A2: Finsta Baby (Instrumental)
B1: Activate (Vocal)
B2: Payday Is Bliss (Vocal)

The release is limited to 150 copies and gets delivered in a sticker cover sleeve designed by Mahon (Macia Crew)

Pre-Orders are live now at http://sergentrecords.bigcartel.com/ ; shipping date expected for early July. The recording comes from the original source, provided by Finsta himself so the sound quality should be excellent.

My special thanks goes out to my homeboy Walter (Finsta) and Segent records for making this happen. All copyrights reserved, posted for promotion use only.

Update: The first release from Sergent gets a re-release by popular demand but there are mainly two differences to SR-000012.

  1. now available in full picture cover
  2. includes the additional bonus track "One for the Money" ft Greg Nice

The record is limited to 150 copies and gets most probably shipped mid of June. The record is already in production to avoid any delays.

My special thanks goes out to Walter aka Finsta and Sergent Records. All copyrights reserved, posted for promotion use only.
