Jamille: JML-xxx ft. Various Artists

I got in contact with Jamille Records right over the Stitch By Stitch blogspot. Due to the fact that the label represents pure 80s and early 90s hip-hop and that the selection of music is real dope, Stitch By Stitch proudly presents a little story about the label and their releases. Founded around 2009 by Darrell Dixon. The label is specialized in rare and lost old school rap mostly from Milwaukees independent scene. Milwaukee is the home town of Darrell D, how was an active hip-hop artist within his crew "PRIME TIME" back in the 80s. So far Jamille Records re-released some rare an out-of-print hip-hop aside some never releases music. In 2011 the discography shows nearly 8 publishments which are all available in a more or less limited quantity.Accordingly we want to give every release a short attention:

JAMILLE-001 (2009)
Run-DMC - Black History bw Slow & Low“Black History” was only available on a promotion cassette tape published by Profile Records / Johnson Produces in 1985. The track “Slow & Low” is a demo track from the same time. This 12" record is available on clean wax in a limited edition of 200 hand-numbered copies.

A-Tack - A-Tack On The Wax
"A-Tack On The Wax” originally released on Rainbow Records in 1986. This 7" record is available on blue wax in a limited edition of 100 hand-numbered copies.

JML-003 (2010) (listen)
Midi - Kool Is Chillen bw Bru City
Both tracks originally released on Buy My Records in 1987. This 7" record is available on red wax in a limited edition of 300 copies.

JML-004 (2010)
Kid Crab & G.F.C. – Lamont Is The Baddest bw That’s What I’m Screamin
Both tracks originally released on Breakin All Records in 1989 by Get Flash Crew. This 7" record is available in a limited edition of 100 copies. 

JML-005 (2010) (listen)
Two-Tone – We Are Two-Tone bw Mike T Is Dope
Both tracks were recorded in 1988 but were previously unreleases. This record is available on green wax in a limited edition of 100 hand-numbered copies, while some are on blue wax for any reason.

JML-006 (2010)
MC Richie Rich & Scratch – Pull The Trigger bw Here’s A Little Story
Both tracks were released on test press vinyl and cassette only in 1991. This record is limited to 100 hand-numbered copies. Vocal feature by Rock La Flow.

Ill Chief Rockers – Jealous bw I Gotta Rock
Both tracks originally released on Breakin All Records in 1986 by Get Flash Crew. This 7" record is available on orange wax in a limited edition of 100 hand-numbered copies.

Two-Tone – Time To Rhyme bw Jazz It Up
Both tracks were recorded in 1986 but were previously unreleases. This
7" record is a limited edition of 100 hand-numbered copies. The first 75 copies were pressed on clean wax, while the rest were available on green wax with additional poster sleeve.
